Forms

Reservations Form

Our reservations form works like our contact form, but it asks for just a little more information. When you use it, it is not a contract or agreement that you will stay at a hotel for a specified time, rather, we consider it only that you are possibly interested in staying with us for a while. If you do in fact stay with us, the length of time we hold your information will depend on the room and period of time you stay with us, and once we no longer need the information, it will be permanently deleted from our records.

How we treat your personal information..

When you send us your information, it will not be sold, traded, transferred or shared with other entities. It will be held securely as long as we have it. We carefully manage all client data that we receive directly through our forms and from email. Once we receive it, all information will be used and held only long enough to respond to the type of need you have. Once we no longer need your information, it will be safely deleted from our records.

You will not be required to supply additional information based on the following submissions and requests:

• Updates on specific services offered by us
• Informing others of services you offer through featured links
• Updates, invitations, or newsletters via email
• Surveys on the quality of our service and how we may improve it
